Choose your car & dates
Browse the fleet and send a reservation request with your dates, pickup city and a few details. It takes a couple of minutes and commits you to nothing.

We confirm availability & price
Our concierge checks the car is available for your dates and replies with confirmed pricing, the deposit, insurance terms and any requirements — usually within a few hours.
- 03
Confirm your booking
Once you're happy, we confirm the reservation, agree the handover place and time, and arrange the deposit and payment. You'll receive everything in writing.
- 04
Delivery & handover
We deliver the car to you — anywhere in Lithuania, or to airport arrivals in Riga and Tallinn. We do a short walkaround together, check documents, sign the agreement, and hand over the keys.
- 05
Enjoy & return
Drive and enjoy. At the end, we meet you for the return, check the car together, and release your deposit once everything is in order.
What to bring on the day
Please have ready, in the main driver's name:
- Valid driving licence
- Passport or national ID card
- The payment card used for the booking, for the security deposit
- Booking confirmation (email or reference number)
- For any additional drivers: their licence and ID too
- If delivering abroad or crossing borders: let us know in advance
- A refundable security deposit applies — the amount is confirmed when you book
- The deposit is paid by card in the main driver’s name
- Driver age and licence minimums vary by car class — confirmed with your quote
Arrival & handover, step by step
- 01
Meet at the agreed place & time
We come to your delivery address — or meet you at airport arrivals. Please arrive on time; if plans change, call or WhatsApp +370 648 11111.
- 02
Document check
We verify the driver's licence and ID for every named driver. This takes a few minutes.
- 03
Security deposit
We take the refundable security deposit. It is held, not spent, and released after return.
- 04
Walkaround inspection — together
We go around the car and note its condition, fuel or charge level and mileage. Photos are taken and attached to your agreement. Tell us if you spot anything.
- 05
Sign the rental agreement
We go through the key terms — mileage allowance, insurance and excess, fuel or charging, return time and contact details — and you sign.
- 06
Car briefing
We show you the essentials: starting, drive modes, charging or fuel, parking sensors and cameras, and anything specific to that model.
- 07
Keys & off you go
You get the keys, our 24/7 number, and clear return instructions. Enjoy the drive.
A typical handover takes about 15–20 minutes.
The terms, in plain language
- Insurance
- Civil liability and full comprehensive (KASKO) insurance included. A refundable deposit applies; a zero-liability option (€0 excess) is available as an extra.
- Mileage
- A planned mileage allowance is included — the exact allowance for your dates is confirmed with your quote.
- Fuel / charging
- Return the car with the same level you received it with; otherwise a fuel surcharge applies.
- Security deposit
- Refundable — the amount is confirmed when you book, and released after return.
- Delivery & collection
- Every rental is delivered and collected by the concierge — anywhere in Lithuania; in Latvia and Estonia at Riga and Tallinn airports. Fees depend on the location and are confirmed before you commit.
- Airports
- We deliver to and collect from Vilnius, Kaunas, Palanga, Riga and Tallinn airports — the car waits at arrivals.
- Chauffeur
- A professional driver can be added to any booking — priced on request.
- Changes & cancellation
- Booking modification is free. Cancellation terms are confirmed with your booking.
- Cross-border travel
- Allowed within the Baltics with prior notice.
The easy part
We meet you at the agreed time and place, inspect the car together against the handover photos, confirm fuel or charge and mileage, and release your deposit once everything is in order. Need more time or a different drop-off? Just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.
